From the first phone call I had a great experience, Abbey car sales have been really helpful and guide me through the process very well, for the fact that I didn't see the car until I received, the all experience was stress free.

I purchased my car with Abbey car sales and very soon after the passenger's side door wouldn't open.The owner of the company, Mr. THEKERVI, ZUMMURDUL REHMAN sold the car to me and we had a face to face transaction. I contacted him severally considering they offer a 6 month warranty and he referred me to the insurance company who said that they don't cover the particular issue. I got back to him and ignored me for several weeks without any solution from his side and i ended up calling a mechanic to fix the door and i informed him via a call that it would only be prudent of him to take up the cost and he hesitantly agreed to cater for the cost.The mechanic recognized that the door does have an issue and fixed it as the latches were stuck. I later sent him the invoice and he was very rude in his texts saying that nothing was broken and that it was a matter of common sense, which was quite unwarranted for.He refused to pick my calls thereafter.Very unresponsive, rude and would not recommend anyone to buy a car with the type of customer interaction they have.
